She is survived by: her husband Mario Gustavo Barillas; her children, Tavito Lima (Geny) of Parkland, FL, Teressa Barillas (Ray) of Forest Hills, NY, Chris Barillas (Lisa) of Clear Lake, IA, Nina Pardee of St. Louis, MO, Danielle Kopatich (Bob) of Bothell, WA, Marty Barillas (Veronica) of Des Moines, IA and Angela Howerton (Gary); and her grandson-in-law Jason Finney (Jessica). She is also survived by her 19 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dunn's Funeral Home. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Theresa Catholic Church. A burial was held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery.
