He is survived by: his wife Urszula Bialokur; his children, Monika Bialokur and Michael Bialokur; his daughter-in-law Christina Conklin; and his grandchildren, Emmy Elson, Alexander Elson and Derek Bialokur.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Forest Park Adopt-a-Bench campaign in his honor.
