With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Ann Forti of Forestville, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 2, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Gary J. Forti; her granddaughter Brittany; and her brother Robert A. Smallback. She is survived by: her husband James J. Forti; her daughters, Judy L. Schmidt (Michael) and Cathleen M. Forti; her grandchildren, Erik, Kathryn, Megan, Jack and Vincent; her sisters, Kathleen Kellner, Kathleen Hazard and April Conlon; and her close friends, Cindy, Terry, Sally and Sue.

In lieu of flowers if so desired donations can be made to Star Hospice House Lakewood, NY in Linda's memory.
