With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Graham of Fort Ann, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 26, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Daniel Graham and Jean Graham (Baker); his wife Cathy Graham (White); his daughters, Tara Jean Cody (Shane) and Lou Ann Graham (Erika Mershon); his grandchildren, Taylor Jean and Teagan James Tharp; his stepgrandchildren, Justice Fair of Massachusetts, Libby, Natalie Cody of Fort Ann and Travis Tharp of Oklahoma; and his stepgreat-grandson JJ.
In lieu of flowers, chuck requested donations in honor of Taylor and Teagan be made to the Fort Ann Musical Theatre, % Fort Ann Central School, 1 Catherine Street, Fort Ann, NY 12827.
