He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Joseph Burch and Eva Burch (Walkup); his siblings, Louise and Ron; and his son Daniel Joseph "D. J." Burch III.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Mingo; his children, Kim Wilson (Dan) and Patrick Burch; and his pet Jax. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
