He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Myott and Shirley Myott (White). He is survived by: his wife Audrey Bunker; his children, Laura Myott Phelps (Erik), Michele Myott Morley (Scott), Stuart Myott, Dean Osterhoudt and Penny Osterhoudt Shultis (Sean); and his sisters, Diane Doner (Barry), Denise Dashnaw and Deirdre Patton (William).
