He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bailey and Ada Bailey (Wilson); his wife Esther Bailey; and his children, Eugene Bailey, Roselee Davis and Brian Bailey.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Bailey (Millie), Bonnie McCluskey (David), Kimberly Bailey, Bobbie Jo Bailey and Kathie Jo Nelson (Dan); his siblings, Andy Bailey (Carol), Donnie Bailey and Donna Finn; his sister-in-law Barb Bailey (John); his grandson Shane Bailey; and his great great grandchild Greyson. He is also survived by several other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the M. B. Kilmer Funeral Home (82 Broadway, Fort Edward, NY 12828). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenwich Cemetery.
