With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel McLean King of Fort Edward, New York, who passed away on April 21, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Mervin Wescott and Helen Wescott (Griffin); her former life partner Klan McLean; her husband James King; her daughter Valarie McLean; her son-in-law David Baker; and her sister Pauline Baker.

She is survived by : her children, K. Renee Baker, Sydney McLean (Jennifer) and Toby Plude; her grandchildren, Kyle Baker, Rachael Baker, Adam Gillis and Ashley Leroy; her great grandchildren, Elijah Baker, Dakota Baker, Zailey Baker, Ronald Mellen, Bentley Dagostino, Peace Shaw, Julius Leroy and Thora Gillis; her brothers, Mervin Wescott and Robert Wescott; and her stepchildren, Yvonne Benjamin (Gary), Lisa King, Jeffery King and Penny King. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the M. B. Kilmer Funeral Home - SGF (136 Main St, South Glens Falls, NY 12803). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
