He was predeceased by: his parents, Chauncey Bain and Helen Bain (Deyoe); his wife Janice Bain (Randall); his daughters, Wanda Jo and Janice Michelle; and his siblings, Margie Smith and Jean Hoskins-Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Neeson (Tom), Kenneth Bain Jr. (Lori), Kimmy Kenyon (Andy), Heidi McDougall (Dean), Mandy Bain, Misty Dickinson (Jamie) and Derek Bain (Adam Briggs); his adoptive children, Jason and Kim; his grandchildren, Justin Bain (Dorothy), Nick Bain (Megan), Alicia Russell (Ray), Brandi Olszewski (Craig), Jimmy Dowling (Megan), Emily McDougall, Lillie McDougall, Kaitlin McDougall, Olivia McDougall, LeRoy Catone, Damien Catone, Autumn Catone and Noel Dickinson; and his sister Phyllis Fuss. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, adopted family, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
