We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2024, at the age of 82, Linda A. LaPoint of Fort Edward, New York, born in Glens Falls, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Russell Loan and Marjorie Van Loan (Hubert); her husband Richard H. LaPoint; and her brother Gene Van Loan. She is survived by : her children, Regina Paul (David), Emily Bayle (Steven), Elizabeth LaPoint, Richard LaPoint and Margie LaPoint; her grandchildren, David, Nicholas, Anthony, Shane, Dillon, Kyle, Rachael, Henry and Charlie; her great grandchildren, Emmett, Adele, Ignacio, Inigo, Shanel, Gianna, Arianna and Adeline; her siblings, Carol Knight, Marcia Ginsburg and James Van Loan (Debbie); and her sister-in-law Andrea Van Loan. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Adirondack Friends Meeting (27 Saratoga Ave, South Glens Falls, NY 12803).
