It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard T. Frey (Fort Edward, New York), who passed away on February 17, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Richard is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Richard's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Otto and Leah Young Frey; and his brother James L. Frey. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Malcolm Frey (Victoria) and Steven Frey (Michelle); his grandsons, Trevor Frey (Alea), Ian Frey and Samuel Frey; and his great grandchildren, Wilder Frey and Olivia Frey.
