He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Cusick and Helen Cusick (McCarthy); his wife Kathleen "Kitty" Chenaille of Clement's Church; and his brother William Cusick. He is survived by: his children, Darlene Moselle (Bruce), Debbie Capezzuti (Ed) and Tom; his grandchildren, Chelsey Capezzuti, Mary Kate Capezzuti and Brandon Cusick; and his brothers, Jim Cusick (Bobbie) and Bob Cusick (Caryn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
