He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Durkee and Dorothy Durkee (Hoysradt); and his brother Carl Durkee. He is survived by: his wife Marge Durkee; his sons, Dan Durkee (Christina), Jeff Durkee (Amanda) and Matt "Doozer" Durkee (Jamie); his grandchildren, Natalie, Gabrielle, Miller, Grayson, Isabella and Kyler Durkee; and his siblings, Carolyn Brown, Bob Durkee (Jane) and H. Richard Durkee (late Julie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, his firehouse family, FE school family, and friends.
