He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fuller and Jesse Fuller (Francis); and his sisters, Betty, Jean and Carol.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; and his children, Cindy (Ed), Sue (Rick), Lori (Anthony), Amy (Kenny), Megan (Sal), Elicia (Dan), Bobby, Renee and Charlie. He is also survived by many grandchildren, and great grandchildren, close friends, and several nieces and nephews.
