Garrett W. Macy Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garrett W. Macy of Fort Jackson, New York, who passed away on April 15, 2026, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Garrett may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Garrett touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He is survived by: his parents, David Macy and Georgia Macy (Warner) of Ft. Jackson; his brother Jason; his sister-in-law Rachel Macy of Westwood, MA; and his nieces and nephews, Jack, Kayla and Brooke.
