It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Anita Miller of Fort Plain, New York, who passed away at the age of 100, on May 16, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Domenico Simloni Seamon and Annina Saraullo Seamon; her husband Herbert C. Miller; and her siblings, Robert "Bobby", William "Billy" Seamon, Ita Wade, Anna Mahool, Lucy Golden, Marie Gaydash, Margaret "Peggy" LaPointe and Harriet Golden.
She is survived by: her children, James, Karen Miller, Pamela Miller, Timothy Miller and Karla Shiminski; her grandchildren, Catherine Leonard, Zachary Miller, Jeremy Rokjer and Vivian Miller; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Leonard, Janae Leonard and Mathea Leonard. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fort Plain Funeral Home (34 Center St, Fort Plain, NY 13339). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at the Fort Plain Cemetery (29 Clyde St, Fort Plain, NY 13339).
