It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris I. Hisert of Fort Plain, New York, who passed away on May 8, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Sweet and Adaline Miller Sweet; her husband William H. Hisert; and her siblings, Beverly Lake, Marion Duesler and Edward Fassett.
She is survived by: her children, Chad (Kate Hisert) and Lori (Tom); her grandchildren, Lucas, Cheyenne, Katie, Sam, Emma and Charlie; and her great grandchild Caleb.
