He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Farquhar and Melissa Farquhar; his wife Lovona Suits; and his siblings, Jim, Joan and Caroline.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tracey Hisert (Mark) and Tina Putnam (William); his brother Gary Farquhar; his grandchildren, Dillon Hinkle (Kayla), Danielle Folts (Zachary), Courtney Putnam and Allyson Putnam; and his great grandchildren, Lovona Hinkle and Bennett Hinkle.
