Tarkowski of Frankfort Center, New York, born in Utica, New York, who passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Tarkowski and Sophie Tarkowski (Bodgerwicz); his son Dale Tarkowski; and his in-laws, William and Arlene Patterson (Ingersoll).
He is survived by: his wife Grace M. Tarkowski; his children, Thomas W. (Kelli Tarkowski) and Kimberley M. (John Rubin); his grandsons, Alexander T. and Jackson H. Tarkowski; his brother Bernard; his sister-in-law Jane Tarkowski; his nephews, Mark and Scott Tarkowski; and his pet Luna.
