He was predeceased by: his parent Susan D. Butcher; and his grandfather Richard Butcher. He is survived by: his caregiver Jane Scott; his grandparents, Romeo, Elaine Levesque and Mary Jane Butcher; and his aunt Wendy Butcher. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ARC Herkimer.
