He is survived by: his mother Carmen Burns (Rodriguez); his children, Dina, Stanley "Bucky" Fernalld of Utica, John Burns, Samantha Vivirito of Frankfort, Katie and Eric Rodriguez of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Kadence Fernalld, Carter Knapp, Makenly Fernalld, Macy Burns and Paisley Rodriguez; and his sisters, Rosemary, Linda, Debi and Cheryl. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
