It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jon George Hosney of Frankfort, New York, who passed away on May 8, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Hosney and Mayme Hosney (Corrado). He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his son Jon Scott Hosney; his daughter-in-law Amy Hosney; his daughter Maria Engelbrecht; his son-in-law Jeffrey Engelbrecht; his grandchildren, Jarrett Engelbrecht (Kelcey Elijah), Katelyn Engelbrecht (Gabriel Grann), Jon Paul Hosney and Scott Hosney; his sister Mary Jo Jepson (James Criticos); and his caregivers, Kim and Behija. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
