He was predeceased by: his father Aleksey Baluk. He is survived by: his mother Yelizaveta Baluk (Moroz); his wife Valentina Baluk; his daughters, Svetlana (Mark) and Marina (Jeffrey); and his grandchildren, Alexsey, Alexandra, Izabella, Angelina, Emmanuel, Elliana and Grace.
