She is survived by: her close friends, Buffy, Cisco and Kyoti; her husband Carl Gizowski; her daughter Traci; her sister Shirley; her brother-in-law Jack Curtis; her brothers, Art Bunce and Irvin; her sister-in-law Beth Bunce; her nieces and nephews, Kelly, David, Mark, Janet, Christian, Guy, Jerome, Jason, Alayne, Jessica and Jeffery; and her siblings-in-law, Fred, Stacia Gizowski, Joe and Tricia Gizowski.
Memorials may be given to the Herkimer County Humane Society at 514 State Route 5S, Mohawk, NY 13407 as it was an organization that Pat supported throughout her life.
