He is survived by: his children, Luckman Noel, Marly Noel and Lucien Noel; his grandchildren, Kristine, Nathaniel, Alexa and Archer; and his sisters, Rosette Noel, Odange Noel (Jean William Richard) and Marie Chantal Richard. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
