She was predeceased by: her parents, William O'Keefe and Peggy O'Keefe (McKenna); and her siblings, Patricia Holloway and William O'Keefe. She is survived by: her children, Peter Radloff of Reston, VA and Kathleen Reuben (Jeremy) of Hurley, NY; her grandchildren, Edward, Makenna, Penelope and Brielle; her brother Joseph O'Keefe (Diane) of Queens; and her brother-in-law George Holloway. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
