He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Cleaveland and Mary Cleaveland (Seath); and his brother Chester Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Puhm; his children, Todd Cleaveland (Kelly) of Oneonta and Sarah Cleaveland of Franklin; his siblings, Anita Rowell of Newport News, VA and David Cleaveland (Karen) of Tivoli, NY; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Katie Sanford and Lilly Cleaveland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
