She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Hyzer (Mike) and Deb Ebert (Bill); her grandchildren, Christopher Hyzer (Rachel), Rebecca Hyzer, Michael S. Hyzer, Heather Ebert and Thomas Ebert (Brandi Lewis); and her great grandchildren, Lauren Lazar and Ava Lazar.
