She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Horton and Melissa Belle Moody (Lyons); her husband Lyall H. Sage; and her siblings, Donald H. Moody, Jr., Joan Landmesser and Arthur Moody.

She is survived by: her children, Karen Jean Sage of Maryland, NY, Linda, Tom Worden of Franklin, NY, Kelly and Douglas Coughlin of Franklin, NY; her grandchildren, Brad, Tina Brundege of Maryland, NY, Keri Brundege, Jeff Enslow of Wirtz, VA, Justin, Stephanie Worden of Fairfax, VA, Jonathan, Kathryn Worden of Castle Rock, CO, Lindsay Worden of Franklin, NY, Daniel Coughlin, Sage Coughlin and Jeffrey Coughlin of Franklin, NY; her great grandchildren, Alex Brundege, Dylan Brundege, Leah Brundege, Emma Enslow, Emmaline Worden, Henry Worden and Justin Worden II; and her sister-in-law Eileen Sherman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
