He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fullington and Martha Fullington (McCall); and his siblings, Delores "Dolly" Kingsbury, Steve Smith and Edward Fullington.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley M. Gardepe; his daughters, Tonya Youngs (Philip) of Wells Bridge and Sarah Barber (Andrew) of Wells Bridge; his grandchildren, Ty (McKenzie), Shea and Cassidy; his great grandchild Addison; his siblings, Hope Halaquist, Fran Fullington (Pam), Joan Smith, Penny Nightingale (Dan) and Candy Northrup; and his in-laws, Kathryn Banks, Warren Gardepe (Donna), Linda Seward (Roger) and Steven Gardepe (Dawn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
