It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol J. Warner (Franklinville, New York), who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol J. Warner to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Holmes and Flora Leonard Holmes; her husband James Warner; her son John Warner; her son-in-law Frank McCullough; and her siblings, Virgil Holmes, Lois Kessler and Athalene Perkins.

She is survived by : her children, Cynthia Hutchison (Ronald) of Salamanca, Diana Keller (Gerald) of Ellicottville, Candace McCullough (Frank) of Bemus Point and James Warner, Jr. (Dawn) of Mayville; and her daughter-in-law Theresa Warner of Great Valley. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; 14 great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
