He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Lou Haynes MacWilliams. He is survived by: his father Alan T. MacWilliams of Hinsdale; and his siblings, Dennis A. MacWilliams (Terry) of Franklinville, Brenda L. McClory (Rick Duncan) of Franklinville, Duane S. MacWilliams (Christine) of Anchorage, AK. and Thomas J. MacWilliams (Carol) of Olean. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, as well as great great nieces and nephews.
