He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd L. Benjamin; and his brother Jerome Benjamin. He is survived by: his mother Betty L. Cook Benjamin; his wife Eileen Lincoln; his children, Cale Benjamin (Jennifer) and Rachelle Benjamin; his grandchildren, Reese, Rylan, Abria and Rose; and his siblings, Thomas Benjamin and Susan Mainus. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
