He is survived by: his wife Anne M. Jensen; his children, Sue A. Spencer of Fredonia, Daniel Spencer (Rebecca) of Decatur, Georgia, Elaine Spencer-Carter of Rochester, Carol DiRusso (Mark) of Fredonia and James Spencer of Fredonia; his grandchildren, Axion Wren Blair, John Blair, Megan Blair and Warren Carter; and his great grandchildren, Jackson and Henry Blair.
