James M. Sedota Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James M. Sedota of Fredonia, New York, who passed away on July 15, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Sedota and Jennie Lazarony Sedota; and his brother John Sedota (late Laura). He is survived by: his children, Lisa Reinhardt (Charles), John Sedota (Trish), Marie Sedota and James P. Sedota (Trudee) of Cambridge, UK; his grandchildren, Kristen Hughes (Ryan), Derek Sedota, Cayden Sedota, Jackie Martin (Kevin), Jessica Carter, Louie Sedota and Cordelia Sedota; and his child Dadie Sedota (Gladys). He is also survived by four great great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Larson-Timko Funeral Home (20 Central Ave, Fredonia, NY 14063). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Church (1032 Central Ave, Dunkirk, NY 14048).
