He is survived by: his children, John J. Bankosh IV and Mikayla Bankosh; his girlfriend Melinda Topliffe; his parents, John Bankosh and Katherine Bankosh; and his sister Christine Pucci (Michael). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
