Dempsey, Jr. (Millie), Daniel Dempsey (Patricia), Carolyn D. Suda (Bernard), Charles Dempsey and Anne Dempsey; and his sister-in-law Suzanne Holland.
He is survived by: his children, Rose Fitzgerald (James) of Fredonia, NY, William Dempsey (Stephanie) of Victor, NY, Theresa Hart of Fredonia, NY, Matthew Dempsey of Portland, OR, Suzanne Nye (Michael) of Wellsville, NY, Margaret Cuddihy (Jack) of Eden, NY, Thomas Dempsey (Ellen) of Forestville, NY and Joseph Dempsey (Holly) of Mooresville, NC; his grandchildren, Michael Fitzgerald (Nina), Timothy Fitzgerald (Maggie), Bridget Stegemann (Andrew), William Fitzgerald (Brittany Morgan), Kyle Dempsey, Andrew Dempsey, Colleen Hart-Martinez (Matthew), Thomas Hart (Leona), Nicholas Hart, Sarah Hart (Samuel Wasson), Kevin Dempsey, Stephen Dempsey, Kaitlyn Dempsey, Shawn Dempsey (Hannah), Shannon Nye, Joseph Cuddihy, Daniel Cuddihy, Patrick Cuddihy, Robert Dempsey, Bryan Dempsey, Christopher Dempsey, Kelly Dempsey, Megan Dempsey, Elizabeth Dempsey and Madeline Dempsey; his great grandchildren, Mila, Eli Martinez, Rhys, Roey Fitzgerald and Brennan Stegemann; his sister Deana C. Dempsey of Rochester, NY; and his siblings-in-law, Jacqueline Eastman, Patricia Nelson, Anne Marie Clayton, Bernard Dunn and William Dunn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
