He is survived by: his fiancé Stacy Elmore; his siblings, Raphael Mendez (Carmen Torres) and Sylvia Hernandez; and his children, Sandra Martinez (Victor Martinez), Destiny Roque, Hannah Burrows (Michael Ptak), Tommy G. Roque, Jacob Burrows (Kalee Halladay) and Nathan Burrows (Michelle Burrows). He is also survived by his 21 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, extended family, friends.
