Ethel McKerrow Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ethel McKerrow of Freedom, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 31, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Ethel departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Ethel. Though Ethel may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Holsapple and Inez Holsapple (Elliott); and her siblings, Robert, Donald Holsapple and Marjorie Holsapple.

She is survived by: her husband George McKerrow; her children, Kimberly Carley (Ed) of Freedom and Eric McKerrow (Terri) of Nunda, NY; and her grandchildren, Zackary, Dustin, Lauren and Paige. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
