He is survived by: his wife Jean Setlock (Rosenberg); his siblings, David Setlock (Dixie) of Tennessee, Susie Thistlewaite (late Allan) of Pennsylvania, Dennis Setlock of California and Bernie Setlock (Diane) of Olean; his extended family, Dana, Terry, John and Flora; his close friend Dawn; Gwen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
