She was loved and cherished by many people including : her daughters, Elizabeth McCormack-Caballero, Melissa A. McCormack and Meghan McCormack-Carney (Michael); her grandchildren, Lucas Caballero, Callen, Colby, Caitlyn, Cassie and Caleigh Carney; her sister Diana Jacobs Kalman; and her parents, Edmund J. Jacobs and Ann Jacobs (Shields). She was also cherished by many loving cousins, relatives, and friends.
