He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Parker and Doris Parker; his former wife Deborah (Perkins); his in-laws, Dewitt R "Toad", Twyla Perkins (Humphrey) and Doris Perkins (Stevens); his son Chad A. Parker; his granddaughters, Amanda Lynn Parker and Kaitlyn Twyla Parker; his brother Gary Parker; and his brothers-in-law, Dave Perkins and Ernest Perkins.
He is survived by: his grandson Gregory; his wife Virginia Parker of Freeville; his children, Michael Parker (Catherine) of Freeville, Lori Hines (George) of Freeville and Sherri Smith (Jim) of Groton; his daughters-in-law, Elizabeth Parker and Susan Parker; his stepchildren, Brian Keith of Brooktondale, NY, Scott Keith (Tammy) of Cheshire, Connecticut and Jamie Kline (Shaun) of East Hampton; his grandsons, Nathan Parker (Jennifer) and Anthony Parker; his stepchildren, Gregory Parker (Monique), Stephanie Jerram, Cheyenne Devries (Lucas), Cody Smith, Christie Smith (Eli), Alisa (Mike), Taylor, Zachary (Nadia), Sara, Daniel, Kaitlyn, Isaac, Samantha, George and Jenna Hines; his great grandchildren, Levi, Annalyn, Kaiden, Brantley and Bentley; his sister Sandy Lilley (Frank); his sisters-in-law, Amy Jo Canfield (Ted) and Cathy Perkins; and his close friend Deborah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Perkins Funeral Home (55 W Main St, Dryden, NY 13053). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
Donations can be made to the Dryden Verteran's Home ("Soda club" to his grandkids). Donations can also be made to Hospice that provided so much to Ed and family.
