She was predeceased by : her parents, Leroy F. Inscoe and Eleanor Kelly Stickane; her brother Edgar Ward; her niece Jodi Crowley; her father-in-law Anthony Waters; and her pets, Marvon and Harley.

She is survived by : her close friend Javon Waters of Freeville, NY; her daughters, Gina Eastman (Jason) of Lansing, NY and Stephanie Lockwood (Jethro) of Dryden, NY; her siblings, Margaret Campbell (Theodore) of Ovid, NY, Kathryn VanZile (Melvin) of Freeville, NY and Howard Ward (Christine) of Ovid, NY; her grandchildren, Ronald Eastman, Gianna Shepardson, Vallerie Lockwood, Justin Lockwood and Emma Shepardson; the father of her children Jack Eastman (Joyce) of Newfield, NY; her mother-in-law Vicky Kennedy; her stepmother-in-law Kathy Gleason; her brother-in-law Twain Waters (Ebony Scott); and her close friends, Don Carrier and Heather Camacho. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
