Elio Vezza Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elio Vezza of Fresh Meadows, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Adamo, Federico and Antonio. He is survived by: his wife Ida Vezza; his daughter Maria; his son-in-law Giuseppe; his son Domenico; his grandchildren, Erica, Sean, Michael, Nichole, Elio and Alana; his great grandchildren, Audriana, Giuseppe, Grace and Emilia; and his siblings, Joe and Rose. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Frederick Funeral Home (192-15 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11358). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the St. Kevin's RC Church (45-21 194th St, Queens, NY 11358).
In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Elio.
