He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jeannine Rieser and David Rowley; his siblings, Richard Wilburn of Jamestown and Sabrina Wilburn of Jamestown; his nephews, Vincent Brake and Garrett Triglia; his niece Amaya Guadalupe; and his aunts and uncles, Barbra Ingerson of Celeron, Melissa (Paul Fardink), Lauren (Eileen Rowley) and Kitty Rowley of South Dayton.
