He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lee and Norma Lee (Durlin); and his siblings, Norma Smith, Louise Burger, Marian Amatuzzo and Robert Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Lee; his children, Tammy Barber (Jason) of Frewsburg and David Lee (Amy) of Moyock, NC; his grandchildren, Brayden and Madison Lee; and his siblings, James Lee (Mary), Sandra Anderson (Fred), Shirley Spontaneo, Dennis Lee (Helen), June Lee, Richard Lee (Donna) and Kenneth Lee.
Memorial donations may be made in his name to the Alzheimer's Association.
