He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J. Lind, Sr. and Mae Edson Lind; and his brothers, Richard J. Lind (Azaliene "Skip"), Gordon E. Lind and Wayne N. Lind.
He is survived by: his wife Judy M. Lind (Hanson); his children, Robert A. Lind and Carrie A. Magnuson (Tracy); his grandchildren, Nicholas M. Lind (Jennifer), Sara C. Haley (Shane), Emily M. Magnuson and Kirsten E. Magnuson; and his sisters-in-law, Onnolee and Carolyn Lind.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peterson Funeral Home (12 N Pearl St, Frewsburg, NY 14738). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (45 Falconer St, Frewsburg, NY 14738).
