With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary L. Himes of Frewsburg, New York, who passed away on January 10, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William L. Wiltsie, Sr. and Selma A. Edquist Wiltsie; her husband Herman J. Himes; and her siblings, William L. Wiltsie, Jr., Theodore Wiltsie (Joanne), David E. Wiltsie, Helen Park (Ken) and Ernest J. "Boone" Wiltsie.

She is survived by : her children, Steven Himes, David Himes (Yvonne) of Frewsburg, Karen Thompson (Scott) and Mark Himes (Lisa) of Frewsburg; her grandchildren, Ryan Himes, Samantha Ulrich (Mike), Shawn Himes (Krista Johnson), Hillary Babcock (Shawn), Shelby Himes (Andrew Telford) and Joelyn Carter; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Maddison, Liberty and Hunter; and her sisters-in-law, Beatrice, Joyce and Marvel Wiltsie.

Memorials may be made to the Frewsburg Community Food Pantry, 6 Institute St., Frewsburg, NY 14738.
