She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Bolum and Doris Bolum; her husband Frank Burrows; her son Dean Murphy; her sister Mary Prentice; and her grandson John Murphy Jr..

She is survived by : her children, John P. Murphy Sr. of Wellsville, Duane E. Urbanic of Wellsville and Vicki J. Mandigo of Governor, NY; and her sister Connie Morris of Hornell. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
