He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Parrow and Edna May Wells Parrow. He is survived by: his wife Ruby; and his children, Bruce Parrow (Cheryl), Heidi Williams (Frank), Amy Laux (Michael) and Jennifer Bray (Matthew). He is also survived by grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
